Amber Olsen Gives WWE Star Ruby Riott New Neck Tattoo
Wrestling phenomenon and leader of The Riott Squad, Ruby Riott, is no stranger to getting tattooed.
She proudly shows off her (mostly) black-and-grey tattoos while battling it out against some of the fiercest female competitors out there.
Riott has been out of commission recently due to shoulder surgery, but her recovery hasn’t stopped her from collecting another piece by Indiana-based tattoo artist Amber Olsen.
Olsen, who owns and operates Enamored Arts in Mishawaka, revealed the Medusa-themed neck tattoo on her Instagram account. In the post, Olsen called Riott, whose real name is Dori Elizabeth Prange, one of her “oldest friends” and described her as one of the best people she knows.
“I’m so incredibly proud of her for embracing who she is and truly going for it,” wrote Olsen. “I can’t wait to see what the WWE holds for her in the future.”
Riott returned the love on her own Instagram account as she showed off her new ink to over 400,000 of her devoted followers. She said that she’s a “huge fan” of Olsen’s work and said the new tattoo is better than she ever could have imagined. Riott also told fans that the Medusa idea was inspired by fellow WWE star Sarah Logan.
This is not the first time that Riott received a tattoo by Olsen. Back in 2018, Olsen tattooed artwork inspired by Less Than Jake on her outer forearm.
Riott also has tattoos from a variety of other artists including a knee and calf tattoo by Rick Kamla, a huge skeleton-cameo chestpiece, and a lot of individual tattoos turned into a sleeve on her right arm.
It’s cool to see someone as high profile as Riott continue to get tattoos in such prominent places. We’re looking forward to seeing Olsen’s work dodge and duck with Riott when she eventually returns to the ring.
